Meet the Secretariat
The ECF secretariat is based in Brussels, in the centre of the European quarter, strategically housed with other EU food and drink associations.
The team maintains contacts with the European institutions and relevant stakeholders and is a partner in consultations on issues affecting the European coffee sector.
Secretary General of the European Coffee Federation since September 2017, Eileen manages the organisation and oversees the implementation of the ECF work programme. She also represents the organisation both externally and towards its members.
Isabelle joined the European Coffee Federation in January 2019. She is responsible for coordinating the work of the ECF Sustainability and Communications committees. She drives and supports ECF’s engagement with the EU institutions and the global coffee community on sustainability issues relevant to our industry, with the aim of raising public and political awareness and increasing the visibility of the Federation.
Claire joined the European Coffee Federation in September 2021. As Technical & Regulatory Manager she is responsible for coordinating the work of the ECF Technical & Regulatory and Contaminants Committees.
