MSC awarded ECF Best Shipping Line of the Year 2024–2025 

The European Coffee Federation (ECF) is pleased to announce that MSC has been awarded the ECF Best Shipping Line of the Year for the coffee year 2024–2025, The award was presented in December 2025 during a private ceremony between the Chair of the ECF Logistics Committee and the President of the MSC Group. 

Since 2018, ECF has been evaluating shipping line performance through an annual survey conducted among members of the ECF Logistics Committee. The assessment is based on operational criteria that reflect real experience across the coffee supply chain, including schedule reliability, transit time performance, availability of suitable containers and vessel space, booking acceptance, timely release of containers at destination, and customer service. 

For the second consecutive year, ECF members have recognised MSC as the best-performing shipping line, highlighting its continued reliability and service quality in a challenging global logistics environment.
